i have to ask if their selection that they have narrowed down to apparently to either a Portuguse Waterdog or a Labrodoodle is it really possible to find in a shelter or rescue group? i kind of doubtg that! The water dog is a special (expensive breed) and a Labrodoodle is a special bred "designer dog"... why can't they adopt a more real "homeless or rescue dog"?? something is not quite right here..

This isn in response to the Dr's article, "Pets are good for us":
I am living proof of just that!
My dogs have been through thick & thin with me. I surely don't know how I would have survived this life without there unconditional love and acceptance of me. Always happy to see me and would never leave me. Faithful through & through. Even when my self-esteen was so low, thinking that I was undeserving and they would be better off without me. Can anyone relate?
Finding myself in the deepest darkness of despair, low and bold, their love and comfort saw me through it. Helping me heal.
THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND AMAZING BEINGS!
